The ability to facilitate discussions, meetings and workshops is a key skill to both empowering people and unleashing innovation. The ability to facilitate well also encourages participation, engagement, and the incorporation of diverse views during any innovation and change effort. This workshop therefore focuses on understanding what facilitation is and is not, how to effectively facilitate, learn how to use energisers and icebreakers and how to facilitate the prioritisation of a wide range of ideas.
